2013 — Founded in Madinah

The company was established in Madinah, which remains its headquarters. Today, the branch is located in Al Aridh District, King Abdullah Road, opposite Al Rashid Mall.

Makkah Branch Opened

A branch on Al Lith Road serving homes and facilities in Makkah, including hotels and Hajj pilgrim accommodations. See the Makkah page.

Jeddah Branch Opened

A branch in Al Tadamun Al Arabi District, Jeddah, established to serve the coastal area and address the nature of its pest problems, complementing our presence in Madinah and Makkah and expanding our coverage across the cities of the Hijaz region.

Year — Online Customer Portal Launched

Customers can now track requests, quotations, invoices, and service reports in one place through the Customer Portal.

2026 —

A team of 80+ employees, providing services in 6 cities: Madinah, Makkah, Jeddah, Yanbu, Taif, and AlUla. The company states that it has completed more than 1,000 projects and serves more than 300 commercial facility clients.

What Has Changed and What Has Remained the Same?

The number of cities and employees has grown, and we have added new services such as ozone disinfection and food safety services. However, our approach has remained the same: inspection before treatment, registered and approved pesticides for public health use, a clear report for every visit, and a written follow-up contract after treatment.
