Sky Star's History: Milestones Since 2013
Sky Star Environmental Services' story began in Madinah in 2013. We started with pest control for homes and facilities in the city, then gradually expanded across the Hejaz region. This page presents our main milestones in chronological order.
Timeline
2013 — Established in Madinah
The company started in Madinah, which remains its headquarters. The branch is now in Al-Aridh district on King Abdullah Road, opposite Al Rashid Mall.
[2013] — Makkah Branch Opened
A branch on Al-Lith Road serving homes and facilities in Makkah, including hotels and accommodation for Hajj and Umrah pilgrims that face increased seasonal demand.
[2015] — Jeddah Branch Opened
A branch in Al-Mushrifah district on Al-Tadamon Al-Arabi Street. Jeddah is a humid coastal city with pest problems that differ from Madinah and Makkah, particularly mosquitoes after winter rains.
[2025] — Online Client Portal Launched
Customers could now track requests, quotes, invoices, and service reports in one place through the Client Portal.
2026 — Today
A team of 80 employees serving 6 cities: Madinah, Makkah, Jeddah, Yanbu, Taif, and AlUla. The company states that it has completed more than 1000 projects and serves over 300 facility customers.
What Has Changed, and What Has Stayed the Same?
We have grown in cities and employees and added services such as ozone disinfection and food safety. Our approach remains the same: inspect before treating, use pesticides registered and approved for public health use, and provide a clear report. Our history in the Hejaz has given us a close understanding of its long summers, Hajj and Umrah demand, and coastal humidity.
