Winter

As the nights grow cold, rodents and cockroaches seek warmth inside homes, entering through drains, air conditioning units, and doors. In Jeddah, winter rains leave puddles on rooftops, in gardens, and on streets, leading to an increase in mosquitoes a few days later. During this visit, we will inspect rodent entry points, treat kitchens and bathrooms, and guide you to areas of stagnant water that need to be drained. For more information about mosquitoes, see Mosquito and Fly Control.

Spring

With rising temperatures and humidity, swarms of winged termites emerge, often seen around lamps in the evening or with their wings scattered near windows. This is a sign of a nearby colony. We inspect door and window frames and wooden cabinets, and treat any ant trails in the kitchen. If we find termite activity, we recommend professional termite control.

Summer

The Hijaz summer is long and hot, and scorpions are active at night, especially in villas near rocky terrain or open spaces in Madinah, Taif, and AlUla. Large American cockroaches emerge from drains and sewage chambers, and flies are abundant around garbage. During this visit, we will install an external barrier with a residual insecticide around the building and treat the drains. See Scorpion and Snake Control and Cockroach Control.

Autumn

A preventative visit before winter. We review what happened during the year, seal new openings, replenish stations, and prepare the house for the season of rodents and cockroaches.

What does the subscription include?

  • 4 seasonal visits per year, with a date to be agreed upon before each season.
  • Additional free visits:  if a covered pest appears between seasonal visits.
  • Indoor and outdoor treatment according to the season, with pesticides that are registered and approved for use in public health.
  • Rodent bait stations outside the house, checked at every visit.
  • A report for each visit via the client portal, with simple recommendations that you can implement yourself.
  • Reminders of appointments before each visit, so you don't need to remember.
  • Safety instructions before each treatment include evacuation for 3–4 hours for adults and 6 hours for infants, pregnant women, the elderly, those with respiratory conditions, and pets. Details are in the post-spraying instructions.

What should you do?

The program clearly reduces pests, but it works best when you help it:

  • Drain off standing water after the rain, and clean the roof drains.
  • Close the garbage bags tightly and take them out daily in the summer.
  • Do not leave food uncovered or dirty dishes overnight.
  • Keep firewood, stones, and building debris away from the villa walls, as they are hiding places for scorpions.
  • Do not wipe the treated areas for 24 hours after the visit.

If you have a large infestation currently in place, such as bed bugs or active termites, it needs to be treated professionally first, and then the program will protect your home.

Subscription price

Annual subscription prices start from , and vary according to the type and size of the home and whether it has a garden or annex. Apartments cost less than villas with gardens.
