A single visit is suitable if the problem is urgent and doesn't recur. However, if you treat cockroaches every few months, or manage a facility that is subject to inspection, an annual contract is more economical and reliable.

How do we determine the number of visits by sector?

There is no single number of visits that suits everyone. We determine it after a free inspection based on several factors:

  • Type of activity: Restaurants, hotel kitchens, and food factories handle exposed food and daily humidity, requiring frequent visits. See the Restaurants sector and the Hotels sector.
  • Warehouses: Focus on rodents and stored-product pests, with regular inspections of the stations. See the Warehouses section.
  • Schools and healthcare facilities: Priority should be given to scheduling visits outside of school hours and selecting appropriate materials for sensitive areas. See the education sector and the health sector.
  • Residential complexes and villas: These often require fewer visits, with a focus on common areas, waste rooms, septic tanks, and gardens.
  • Location and season: Hotels and restaurants in Makkah and Madinah face increased demand during Hajj and Umrah seasons, while humidity and mosquito problems in Jeddah increase after winter rains. We increase visit frequency during these periods.
  • Infestation history: If the facility has an existing infestation, we begin with closely spaced treatment visits, then move to a preventive schedule.

For companies with multiple branches, we consolidate reporting and scheduling into a single contract. See the Multi-Branch Establishments page.

What does your facility need during inspection?

The inspector wants to see evidence of a regular pest control program, not just a single visit invoice. The annual contract provides you with a file that includes:

  1. A copy of the valid contract with a licensed pest control company, with the license number.
  2. A site plan showing the locations and numbers of the stations.
  3. Record the visits with dates and the technician’s name for each visit.
  4. Service reports detailing the pests observed and the actions taken.
  5. The data cards for the materials used and their labels can be viewed on the product labels page.
  6. Corrective action record: what the technician recommended and what the facility implemented.

All these documents are available to you in the client portal, so you can print or view them within minutes of the inspector's arrival. For restaurants and food establishments, we link this file to the food safety programs.

Annual Contract Prices

The contract price depends on the area, type of activity, number of visits, pests covered, and number of stations. As a rough estimate:

  • Villa or apartment contract:  per year.
  • Residential complex contract:  depending on the number of units and shared areas.
  • Restaurant or food establishment contract: .
  • Warehouse or factory contract:  depending on the area.
