These Terms and Conditions set out the rules governing the provision of skystar services, including the scope of services, appointments, pricing and payment, follow-up contracts, customer obligations, and limitations of liability. Requesting or using our services constitutes acceptance of the Terms and Conditions outlined below.
1. Scope of Services
skystar services are provided according to the specifications set out in the approved quotation or work order.
The service does not include any additional items or work unless separately agreed upon.
2. Appointments
Please notify us of any appointment changes or cancellations at least 12 hours before the scheduled service time.
If the team is delayed by more than one hour, the customer has the right to reschedule the appointment without any additional fees.
3. Pricing and Payment
Displayed prices are estimates and include Value Added Tax (VAT) unless otherwise stated.
The final price is confirmed after the site inspection and assessment of the service requirements.
4. Follow-Up Contracts
skystar provides a 30-day follow-up contract. If the treated pest returns during the follow-up contract period, the service will be provided again at no additional charge.
Follow-up contracts are subject to the following conditions:
The follow-up contract applies to the same treated pest and the same location.
The customer must follow the instructions provided after the service has been carried out.
Periodic maintenance contracts include additional visits at no extra charge throughout the contract period.
5. Customer Obligations
The customer is required to:
Provide the skystar team with access to the areas that require treatment.
Follow the instructions provided before and after the service.
Follow any service-related guidelines published on the website, where applicable.
6. Limitation of Liability
skystar’s liability is limited to re-treatment or a refund of the service fee in accordance with the Refund Policy.
7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
