SkyStar Environmental Services is certified to ISO 45001:2018, the international standard for occupational health and safety (OH&S) management systems, which replaced OHSAS 18001. Public Health Pest Control Qualification Certificate

Al-Najm Al-Samawi Environmental Services Establishment (SkyStar) holds a Qualification Certificate in Public Health Pest Control, issued by the Madinah Regional Municipality through the Balady platform. The certificate covers disinfection and fumigation activities for the extermination of insects and rodents within the scope of the Madinah Regional Municipality.

ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Certification

The Sky Star Pest Control Est. (SkyStar) holds a Certificate of Registration to ISO 9001:2015, the international standard for quality management systems, issued by Vatsin Certification Private Limited after assessing our head office in Medina against the requirements of the standard.

Scope of certification: Pest and insect control with the use of the latest integrated pest management (IPM) systems, advanced equipment, health-safe pesticides, and effective disinfectants to provide a pest-free and healthy environment.

What this means for you

• We operate a documented system for managing service quality, from receiving a request through follow-up.
• The system is subject to periodic surveillance audits and re-certification every three years by an external body.
• You can verify the certificate yourself through the certification body’s website or the QR code.
