An integrated rodent control program for a residential building — sealing entry points, bait station placement, and ongoing monitoring.

SkyStar carried out an integrated rodent control program for a residential building, starting with a full inspection to identify entry points and rodent activity around parking areas and utility rooms. Entry points were sealed, bait stations were placed at key locations, and traps were used in areas where children and pets were present.

Regular follow-up visits confirmed the property remained rodent-free after the initial treatment.

Frequently Asked Questions About Rodent Control in Residential Buildings

1. How does rodent control in residential buildings begin?

The rodent control process begins with a comprehensive inspection of the building to identify rodent entry points and areas of activity, including parking areas and utility rooms.

2. How is rodent entry into the building reduced?

The rodent control program includes identifying and sealing entry points as part of the measures taken to reduce rodent access to the building.

3. Where are rodent bait stations placed?

Rodent bait stations are placed at key locations identified based on the inspection findings and areas of rodent activity.

4. How are rodents controlled in areas where children and pets are present?

Under the implemented program, traps were used in areas where children and pets were present as part of the rodent control plan applied throughout the building.

5. Why is regular follow-up important after rodent control treatment?

Regular follow-up visits help evaluate treatment results and monitor rodent activity. In this project, follow-up confirmed that the building was free of rodents after the initial treatment.
